Preparation is everything:
Our operators are uniquely qualified to prepare surfaces
properly. They know which machines are required at each stage and
how to ensure the Tribos barrier cures and bonds
properly to deliver you that stunning, long-lasting gloss - a gloss
you simply won't believe!
Thanks to Autosheen's specially designed, all weather vehicle
shelters, the Tribos application can take place at
a location of your choosing, at your convenience.
Stage One
Using a combination of our three grades of polishing compounds,
we remove existing surface finishes and treatments (any waxes,
Teflon etc.) plus the usual array of defects including scratches,
swirl marks and unsightly results of general weathering.
Stage Two
The application of our fine-grade polishes, similar to those
used for polishing precious metals, is assisted by our
purpose-manufactured orbital polishers, the result being an
ultra-smooth, clean surface that is required prior to the
application of Tribos.
Stage Three
The correct grade of polymer is selected by assessing the finish
and surface colour, then the Tribos barrier is
gently and expertly applied - once again using our unique orbital
polishers. The finish then cures to an operational level over a
2-hour period, as all the individual polymers cross-link together
and anchor themselves to the surface. Result? The smooth,
impenetrable, transparent barrier that
is Tribos - and a long-lasting gloss finish
that's to die for!
Quality Control for paint
'Gloss' can mean different things to different people and is not
something we at Tribos are ever subjective about.
Scientific measurement is the only truly reliable method of
assessing surface condition in a wholly objective way, so we use
specialist gloss metering instruments, both in product development
and during process quality control. This ensures your
Tribos finish gives the absolute best results
possible.
Preparation is everything, licensed Tribos
applicators Autosheen will individually asses your car,
identify the correct preparation including any paint
defect restoration and skillfully apply
Tribos. This process will take several hours
but you will not be disappointed, finally providing you
a with a long term, easy to maintain finish that lives up to your
expectations.
